Privacy Policy
Effective date: 25 August 2026 · Last updated: 24 September 2026 · This notice covers the olymuse.ai website and its early-access waitlist.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Basilio Bentivegna, Aroundigital, VAT IT08184520966. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at info@olymuse.ai. Olymuse is operated from Italy and this notice is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What we collect, and why
When you request early access we collect the details you submit in the form: email address (required) and, optionally, your first name, company, role, audience type and goals.
We use them for one purpose only: managing the early-access waitlist and contacting you about Olymuse launch updates and early-access opportunities. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for automated decision-making.
3. Where your data lives
Waitlist entries are stored in a database hosted in the European Union (Paris). The website is served by Vercel and the database is operated on Supabase, both engaged as processors under data-processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). When you submit the form, a copy of the details you entered is sent by email to the Olymuse team so that we can reply to you; our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), also a processor under a data-processing agreement.
Where a processor may access data from outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Access is restricted to the Olymuse team, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not profile you, and no decision about you is taken by automated means. We do not use the details you submit here to train AI models.
5. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until the early-access program ends or you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us. After that it is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing it does not affect processing carried out before. Exercising these rights is free of charge. Write to info@olymuse.ai and we will respond within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
7. Cookies
olymuse.ai sets no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies — which is why you are not asked to accept any. Only technical storage strictly necessary to serve the site is used, and that requires no consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as Olymuse evolves; the effective date above always reflects the latest version.
